"Bryan brings the voice of experience and knowledge of the industry to the important Drive for Diversity role," Calhoun said. "He is a dedicated, exceptional person who will do great justice to the program. Bryan understands the opportunities we are offering ethnic and gender minority driver and crew member candidates, and brings an exhilarating attitude towards his new position.  We are excited to have him leading our Drive for Diversity team."

Kryder's primary responsibility is the strategic direction of the Drive for Diversity program. He will also serve as chief liaison to the participating drivers and crew members, team owners and NASCAR.

Kryder said, "I am very excited to be taking the lead on such an important program as Drive for Diversity. I believe in the mission of this initiative and hope to continue to grow the Drive for Diversity into a well-rounded solution for diversity in motorsports."

Access Marketing & Communications will expand its efforts in motorsports this year through extended NASCAR and motorsports programming.  Kryder will be leading Access not only in Drive for Diversity, but also in the growth stage of the agency, as it continues its efforts in diversifying the sport.  He will be based out of the Charlotte office of AMC.
