Stars is the theme for Chevrolet Team Silverado as the powerhouse rolls in to Richmond International Raceway to race under the lights.

As a part of the big Chevrolet Rock & Roll 400 weekend, Team Silverado drivers Dennis Setzer, Jack Sprague and Ron Hornaday will have musical celebrity paint schemes for the September 8 running of the Cheerios® Betty Crocker® 200 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Current series points leader Setzer will have Blue County featured on the hood of his No. 46 Chevrolet Silverado.  Sprague's No. 16 Chevy Trucks Silverado will sport the image of country music heartthrob Trace Adkins.  Ron Hornaday's No. 6 GM Goodwrench Silverado will carry the likeness of up-and-coming group, Los Lonely Boys.

The No. 47 Chevrolet Celebrity All Star Silverado will make its fourth appearance of 2005. Teaming with Setzer will be NASCAR NEXTEL Cup star Kevin Harvick in the cockpit of the RaySat KISS/KISS Army sponsored truck fielded by Morgan Dollar Motorsports.

"Team Silverado will have a strong driver lineup at Richmond," said Dayne Pierantoni, GM Racing Silverado program manager.  "With Kevin (Harvick) in the No. 47 All Star Silverado, Tony Stewart teaming with Ron (Hornaday) in a second Harvick-owned truck and Kyle Busch in the No. 15 Silverado, the stage is set for an exciting race.

"The Richmond NCTS race is always very competitive and action-packed. All four of our full-time Silverado teams tested last week at Richmond. We were very pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to a good race Thursday night and a Silverado taking a trip to victory lane."

Stewart, piloting the No. 92 GM Goodwrench/KHI Sponsor Appreciation Silverado, will be looking to capture his third NCTS victory at Richmond. The 2002 NASCAR Cup champion won back-to-back races at the .75-mile Virginia track in 2002 and 2003.

Kyle Busch will be riding on the momentum of his first NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series victory last weekend at California Speedway as he climbs back in the No. 15 ditch.com Silverado.  The 20-year old Las Vegas native has scored two NCTS wins in 2005, Charlotte and Dover, behind the wheel of the Billy Ballew Motorsports owned truck.

Richmond International Raceway has been on the NCTS since the 1995 inaugural season and the site of epic battles and wild finishes.  The .75-mile oval is unique in that it combines the close competition of a short track but there is an increased speed element as a result of the long 1,290-foot backstretch.  The corners are just slightly banked, 14 degrees, making handling very critical.

It is a fun track to drive.  Just enough larger than Bristol, Martinsville or some of the other short tracks we run out so you aren't constantly beating and banging on each other but close enough racing to have to be up on the wheel the whole race.  It isn't the easiest place to pass but not impossible either because there are two grooves.  You need your truck to be solid on the corner entry, run through the center of the corner and then come up off the corners hard. You have to watch your brakes because you will get them hot and be in trouble pretty quickly if they fail."
