Fundraiser To Benefit  Speedway Children's Charities.Eric Norris will be among a list of Celebrity race drivers to participate in the Sam Hornish Jr. Celebrity Bowling Tournament on Wednesday June 8th at the AMF Fun Fest in Arlington TX. The annual event benefits Speedway Children's Charities. The charity is a non-profit foundation that distributes money to qualified children's organizations in Tarrant, Denton, and Dallas and Collin counties.

"I am proud to be part of this Speedway Children's Charity Event. I think it is great when drivers from both the Indy and the Truck Series, participate together. I am looking forward to being part of the effort." Norris said "It is important these actives take place, the winners are the kids in the community that will be helped by this effort."

On Friday at TMS, Norris will be behind the wheel of the #07 Pavestone Chevrolet Silverado, fielded by Bobby Dotter and Gene Christensen for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. This is Eric Norris 7th Truck Series start at the Texas track. Norris is the 2002 NASCAR Grand National West Series Champion

Norris and Dallas, TX based Pavestone Company  recently announce a sponsorship agreement to race a limited Nascar Craftsman Truck Series schedule in 2005. Pavestone will be serving as the Primary Sponsor for several races beginning at Texas Motor Speedway.

The Sam Hornish Jr. Celebrity Bowling Tournament bowling tournament starts at 7:30 p.m. and is open to the public - space permitting. Local celebrities, Indy Car and NASCAR Craftsmen Truck Series drivers will participate in the tournament.
