JACK SPRAGUE, NO. 16 CHEVY TRUCKS CHEVROLET SILVERADO: NOTE: Sprague suffered a broken left heel in fall at his Charlotte-area home Wednesday, February 23, 2005.  He is still on crutches wearing a special protective boot.  "Out Chevy Trucks Silverado is very good.  We were good right off the truck so we spent time making several changes to see what they did with to the truck.  We have as good or better truck as we had both races in 2004 so I feel pretty confident about how well we will race tomorrow."

SHANE HMIEL, NO. 15 WINFUEL SILVERADO: "We have the right truck today.  The Billy Ballew Motorsports Silverado ran the fastest lap with over 45 laps on the tires.  I think we have a good shot to run in the top-3 tomorrow.  Qualifying is not going to be really good for us because we are pretty loose.  We driving good on old tires so I think it will be a good chance to bring the Winfuel Chevrolet to Victory Lane.

DENNIS SETZER, NO. 46 CHEVROLET SILVERADO:  "My Chevrolet Silverado is pretty good today.  We made some qualifying runs and we are on top of the board right now.  We made some good adjustments and getting it ready for the race tomorrow.

RON HORNADAY, NO. 6 GM GOODWRENCH CHEVROLET SILVERADO: "Our practice went very well. We tried several different setups making sure that we had it ready to race. We kept getting faster everytime we went out and now we are ready to go. I think that the GM Goodwrench team is more than capable of getting to victory lane for the second race in a row."

BOBBY LABONTE, NO. 47 CHEVROLET RODEWAY INN/ECONO LODGE ALL STAR SILVERADO: "We are pretty happy with our Chevy Silverado.  Randy (Goss, crew chief) and the guys have brought a great truck to Martinsville. We spent most of practice working on race setup but we did two qualifying runs and we were reasonably good so as long as the weather holds out, we are all pretty optimistic about qualifying for the race this afternoon and having a good run in tomorrow's race."

DAVID STARR, NO. 75 SPEARS MANUFACTURING CHEVROLET SILVERADO:  "I don't like my truck right now.  I had a difficult practice today.  Dave McCarty and the guys are making adjustments to make it better.  I'm sure we'll be fine for the race once we are finished tweaking some things.  Just right now the truck is not doing what we need it to do.  I have confidence McCarty can get the No. 75 Silverado where we need to be on race day."
