SPEED Channel's Rick Allen narrates while all seven NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series past champions, 2005's NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Champion Kurt Busch, other top NASCAR drivers and people close to the sport's history share their memories of the Series evolution.
"What better way to start the 2005 season than a look back at 10 years of great racing," commented Rick Miner, SPEED Channel's Sr. VP of Programming/Production and Executive Producer. "Tough is an understatement when it comes to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. If 'rubbing is racing' there is no better racing than trucks."
"The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series has experienced tremendous growth over its first 10 seasons and is one of America's rising motor sports properties," said Wayne Auton, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Director since mid-1995. "The Series is well positioned for continued success and future growth, featuring dynamic competitors who are more recognizable than ever before. The series plays a key role within the NASCAR family."
SPEED Channel covers all the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races live and has been doing so since Feb. 2003. This month, SPEED will cover all NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series on-track activities from Daytona beginning with Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m. ET.
