A KHI driver is on the pole for the O’Reilly 200 tonight at Bristol Motor Speedway, but it’s not the one looking for his sixth consecutive NASCAR Camping World Truck Series win. Ryan Newman topped the qualifying chart ahead of Randy Moss Motorsports’ Mike Skinner and KHI’s Ron Hornaday. Hornaday, the series points leader, seeks his sixth consecutive victory on the circuit. Roush Fenway Racing’s Colin Braun will start fourth, while Xpress Motorsports’ Brian Scott rounds out the top five.
Kyle Busch ended Ron Hornaday Jr.'s five-race winning streak, capturing Wednesday night's O'Reilly 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Busch took the lead on Lap 124 after a lengthy side-by-side battle with Jason White and was a comfortable 2.721 seconds ahead of runner-up Matt Crafton by the time the checkered flag appeared.
